Job Description:

ABS-CBN Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Davao City, PH on a part-time basis. This position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires at least 8 years of relevant experience in customer success or account management.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention.- Understand customer needs and develop strategies to address them effectively.- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.- Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.- Develop and deliver customer success strategies and objectives to drive business goals.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.- Proven track record of at least 8 years in customer success or account management roles.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and confidently with minimal supervision.- Adaptability to changing environments and priorities.- Strong research skills to gather and analyze customer data effectively.
