We are currently seeking talented and skilled professionals to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. This direct-hire job is located in Bacoor, Cavite.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be expected to maintain monthly sales achievement, develop, establish, and maintain active accounts, assist and help the accounting department with customer payment collection, and improve product knowledge, product positioning, and solution selling.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of Business or IT Related Course
2. Preferably have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the related field.
3. Conceptual Knowledge of Server, Storage, Firewall, and Cloud Technologies is a plus
4. Excellent Data Management
5. Excellent communication skills both written and oral
