### Job Description

Bench is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team in Makati. As part of our commitment to client satisfaction and support, you will play a crucial role in building lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring their success with our products and services. #### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Engagement:**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (email, chat, phone) and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Actively listen to customer needs and concerns, ensuring their issues are addressed effectively.
- Provide timely solutions and follow-ups on customer issues to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

2. **Onboarding Assistance:**
- Assist new customers in navigating our products, including setting up their accounts and providing relevant tutorials.
- Deliver exceptional onboarding experiences to ensure clients can utilize our services effectively from the outset.

3. **Relationship Building:**
- Foster positive relationships with customers by regularly checking in and seeking feedback on their usage of our services.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Bench products to current customers in a consultative manner.

4. **Data Analysis and Reporting:**
- Collect, analyze, and interpret customer feedback to identify trends or potential issues and present findings to the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

5. **Product Knowledge:**
- Develop a deep understanding of Bench products and services, staying up-to-date with new features and updates.
- Educate customers about product functionalities, industry best practices, and emerging trends that may benefit their business.

6. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the sales and technical support teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.

7. **Continuous Learning:**
- Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities offered by Bench, including attending workshops and training sessions.
- Stay informed about industry trends to bring innovative customer success strategies into the workflow.

#### Requirements:

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Experience:** No prior experience required; however, enthusiasm for customer service is essential.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Confident in your ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Motivated to deliver exceptional customer service and develop lasting relationships.
