Customer Success Assistant - Work From Home

Job Description:

Tanduay Distillers, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various communication channels such as email, phone, and chat
- Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance on using our services
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct research on customer preferences, trends, and competitors to improve our services
- Assist in planning and executing customer success initiatives and campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis and reporting

Requirements:
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Driven to exceed customer expectations and achieve goals
- Strong planning and research skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
