Job Description:
Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have via phone, email, or chat
- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive customer engagement and loyalty
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist in creating and updating customer success documentation and resources
Requirements:
- Adaptable and energetic personality traits
- Strong persuasion and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
