Your role will be akey individual to process orders from our Sales Companies and handling of theseaccounts to attain customer satisfaction.
What you will do Receive Purchase Orders (PO) from our Sales Companies, verify order details, and update the information into our ERP system Ensure accuracy of information in the ERP system
Update system of any changes in information (delivery dates, quantity, transfer price)
You will be the main contact person between WSA and our Sales Companies
Liaising with internal stakeholders (Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing) to ensure timelydelivery of orders to Sales Companies
You will be required to resolve inquiries/issues, expediting stocks for our Sales Companiesand/or requesting for transfer prices and other information required by our SalesCompanies
Ensure high Quantity Delivered On Time (QDOT)
Participating in projects to improve work processes
Managing of outbound shipments to Sales Companies
Coordinate and communicate shipment delivery requirements with freight forwarders andwarehouse What you bring Experience Degree in Supply Chain / Business Administration Minimum 3 years of experience working in a Supply Chain environment
Warehouse and Logistics knowledge will be an advantage
Customer service experience preferred, with customer centric mindset
Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and
external departments
ERP System knowledge required / preferred, but not mandatory Personal competencies A people-oriented person who is always looking for solutions and bringing quality improvements, with a "can-do" attitude.
Strong team player and team spirit, able to build bridges with commercial organizationsacross the globe.
Open minded and trustworthy.
Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills working with global stakeholders.
