Customer Service Specialist (Mandarin Chinese)

Details of the offer

1. Assisting customers, respond to customer inquiries and concerns , handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits.
2. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters, and having good teamwork ability.
3. Consult customers on products and services to provide the best solutions for their needs, resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner with patience and understanding.
4. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction quickly, take the extra mile to engage customers.
5. Ability to multitask and manage the time effectively.
6. Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Job Requirements:
1. Proficient in conversational Mandarin Chinese, must be fluent in listening, speaking, typing, and reading, having a strong understanding ability in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
2. Good learning ability, communication skills, execution ability and comprehension ability.
3. Ability to thrive in high- pressure environments and having a capacity to excel in demanding situations and a strong team-oriented attitude.
4. Experience working in customer service team, particularly for online gaming platforms.
5. Willing to work in shifting schedules.
