Job Description

* Manage e-commerce orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional service.
* Process wholesale and retail account orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Assist with order processing and claims resolution as needed
* Work independently to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
* Take initiative to identify and implement process improvements.
* Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
* Performs such other functions as assigned.


Qualification:
* Proficient MS Office, especially Excel and Word, and have knowledge of E-commerce and Retail Account Services
* Working experience in field sales with supervisory experience, preferably in the Cigarette / Vape Industry
* Exceptional customer service skills and a keen eye for detail
* With at least a year of relevant experience in Customer Service and order management
* Experience in e-Commerce Wholesale and Retail Account Services, Order processing, and Claims Experience in a retail environment is required.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Excellent communication skills; handling calls, emails and chats.
