The purpose of the role is to make sure the correct requirements and objectives are defined, as a base for valid analysis and proper advice - as well as qualify customer success by detailing implementation based on true requirements fulfilling the objectives. Provides excellent customer satisfaction, customer service and solid knowledge of the projects/accounts handled.

Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's /Associate degree in computer science or any related technology fieldIndustry-specific certification in relevant computer languages or software may be requiredTime-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolutionComfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software and other remote access desktop programsAccept constructive criticism and customer feedbackProfessional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clientsAbility to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficientlyStrong communication (verbal /written) and listening skillsWilling to communicate with client online or onsiteCustomer Service OrientedStrong problem solving and organizational skillsIntellectual curiosity with willingness and desire to learnCan work with a team and confident to work independently with minimum supervisionRespond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges Can work any shift and no fixed rest dayCan adapt to changes and risk takerVery meticulous to details.Result oriented and can manage with less supervision
