Customer Service Representatives - Taguig (No Experience)

Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide routine phone support to clients in a dynamic call-center environment. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service under regular supervision.

Responsibilities: Respond to customer requests and calls related to specific programs and products.Identify and address customer needs following client-specific procedures.Resolve issues and deescalate irate or dissatisfied customers.Escalate calls to supervisors when necessary. Qualifications: At least High School GraduatesWithout BPO Experience (6 months BPO Experience is Preferred but not Required)Willing to work onsite at TAGUIG Salary and Benefits:
