Customer Service Representatives - Alabang

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative - Collections Account to join our team in MOA Pasay!

Job Summary:
- Responds to requests and calls from customers
- Tracks call related information of each call received for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provides support and assistance as needed
- Escalates calls to supervisor

Qualifications:
- at least 1 year BPO experience under a Collections/Sales Experience.
- Completed at least 2 years in college
- With Excellent Communication Skills

Work Set-Up:
- Shifting Schedule
- WORK ONSITE AT ALABANG

Compensation:
- Earn as much as 24k total package
