Ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns

Duties and Responsibilities: Provide world-class customer service by responding to consumer inquiries, requests, or concerns about the company products and services within the required service level.Collect relevant information, identify issues, assess needs, and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations while adhering to quality guidelines.Use available resources such as the Knowledgebase and Laboratory to assist consumers effectively.Accurately document and update customer interactions and enter information into the CRM system.Maintain performance within KPI goals, consistently meeting or exceeding scorecard expectations.Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate channels accurately.Stay updated with system information, changes, and updates, and communicate personal training needs to the immediate supervisor. Qualifications: Graduate of any 4 year degree courseWith at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service and TroubleshootingExcellent American English communication skillsProficient in using Oracle and Google applicationsAmenable to work on shifting operations which may include work on weekendsAmenable to work in Quezon City
