QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication skills are a must.

Has good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing


K-12 Grad or Completed 2 years in College
With 6 months voice BPO exp or
Preferred 6 months of Financial Support Service Exp
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused and team-oriented
