Customer Service Representative - Travel Account (Pasig Site)

Details of the offer

• Assist with Travel Bookings: Handle reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
• Provide Travel Information: Offer detailed information about destinations, transportation options, travel requirements, and accommodations.
• Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, or chat regarding travel plans and bookings.
• Handle Changes and Cancellations: Process modifications, cancellations, and refunds for travel reservations as requested by customers.
• Resolve Issues: Address and resolve travel-related issues, such as booking errors, lost reservations, or itinerary changes.
• Upsell and Recommend Services: Suggest additional travel services or upgrades that may enhance the customer's travel experience.
• Maintain Customer Records: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and preferences.
• Ensure Compliance: Follow company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to travel bookings and customer data.
• Provide Support During Emergencies: Assist customers with travel disruptions caused by events such as flight cancellations, natural disasters, or personal emergencies.
• Collaborate with Service Providers: Liaise with airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other service providers to fulfill customer needs and resolve issues.
