Qualifications:

Must be willing to work onsite
Computer-literate and has excellent communication skills
Completed at least 2 years in college / HS Grad with ANY 1 year customer-interfacing work experience / completed a 2-year vocational/certificate course with ANY 1 year customer-interfacing work experience
Preferably with Banking account experience
Willing to work on shifting schedule

Job responsibilities
Providing outstanding service to our customers. You will provide timely resolutions to their queries and correspond with them through inbound/outbound calls regarding transactions on their accounts. This includes handling issues such as fraud investigation, collections, payments, loans, charges/fees, interest rates, rewards and other related matters.
Proficiency with basic computer functions including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment strongly preferred.

Salary: Php 22k starting (will also vary depending on candidate's profile) and can go upto 35k. This is for US financial Banking account. You will have to deal with customers for Loan enquiries, Credit card Collections and other Banking related Issue
