Customer Service Representative - Prepaid Card Services Account

Are you excited about delivering top-notch customer service? We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mandaluyong-Shaw. They'll work on our Prepaid Card Services (CS) account.

Your Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer care inquiries from clients' private-label affinity card relationships and
customers (Payroll, Consumer and Sales Incentives, inquiry;
customer service for debit card users).

Needed Qualifications
Senior High School (New Curriculum) graduate.
At least three months of call center or customer service experience.
Good communication skills
