Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Training Pay: 15,000 pesos
Training Period: 30 working days
Salary: 20,000-30,000 PHP monthly
Reports To: Team Leader/Supervisor
Schedule: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PH Time
Location: Clark Pampanga (our only site location)
Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls
Read from provided scripts and follow given call flow
Follow coaching feedback and directives given by team leader and site management
Maintain professional attitude and behavior on site
Requirements
Coachable
Strong communication skills
Interpersonal and rapport building skills
With or without experience
With or without college degree
