Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice)

Responsibilities:
Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data
Build a good standing relationship with our customers.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Provide accurate and complete information by using our communication methods.

Required Skills:
College Graduate with or without experience is accepted.
SHS/HS Graduate must have 6 BPO experience (local account is accepted)
Knowledgeable of MS Office applications.
Willing to work night shift or shifting schedules
Good communication and presentation skills.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
