Customer Service Representative - International Retail Account

Duties & Responsibilities1. Provides excellent customer service over the phone , via email, and/or online chat.2. Resolves client inquiries expertly and promptly at the first point of contact or call out to appropriate level for resolution.3. Builds sustainable relationships and engages customers by taking an extra mile in providing them help.4. Ensures the accuracy of services provided to each customer through back-office support functions.5. Provides quality solutions to customers while being decisive, firm and empathetic.6. Ensures that tools and resources are utilized appropriately to efficiently resolve customer inquiries.7. Helps in training employees and informs them about the company's customer management policies.Qualifications- With at least 6 months experience on a voice account in a BPO setting- Sales and/or Retail experience is a PLUS!- Excellent customer service and sales skills - With good communication skills, both verbal and written- Able and willing to work onsite on the graveyard shift in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
