Qualifications:
• Below 2nd year College Completed: At least 1 Year BPO Experience
• College Graduate: No BPO Experience Required
• Good to Excellent English Communication Skills

• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and help about healthcare services.
