Details of the offer

1. Do costing for the clients, prepare proposals and send thru email

2. Influences customers to try our products, collect feedback and advice customers of promotional offering

3. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

4. Answer telephone calls and assist clients

5. Submit Weekly/Monthly sales reports

6. Maintain client database

7. Inform customers of events, deals and promotions

8. Other tasks that may be assigned by supervisor from time to time

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• At least 1-2 years experience in customer service or related fields
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Quick and willing to learn details of the product and call-taking techniques
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
• Proven customer support experience is a plus
• Amenable to work in San Juan, Metro Manila
