Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Provide knowledgeable and empathetic assistance to customers regarding our skincare products, order status, and other related inquiries
- Address and resolve customer complaints, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible
- Monitor and engage with comments and private messages on our social media platforms to maintain a positive online presence
- Collaborate with our internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently

Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 1 year of CSR Experience
- Vocational or Bachelor degree graduate
- Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers across various channels
- Strong social media management skills, with the ability to handle comments and private messages in a professional and courteous manner
- A genuine interest in skincare products and the ability to convey product knowledge to customers effectively
- Empathetic and patient demeanor to handle customer concerns with care and understanding
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think critically in resolving customer issues
