Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social mediaProvide knowledgeable and empathetic assistance to customers regarding our skincare products, order status, and other related inquiriesAddress and resolve customer complaints, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possibleMonitor and engage with comments and private messages on our social media platforms to maintain a positive online presenceCollaborate with our internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently Qualifications and Skills: At least 1 year of CSR ExperienceVocational or Bachelor degree graduateProven experience in a customer support role or similar positionExcellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers across various channelsStrong social media management skills, with the ability to handle comments and private messages in a professional and courteous mannerA genuine interest in skincare products and the ability to convey product knowledge to customers effectivelyEmpathetic and patient demeanor to handle customer concerns with care and understandingStrong problem solving skills and the ability to think critically in resolving customer issues
