Customer Service Representative

Garrett & Talon Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chatRespond to customer inquiries in a polite and professional mannerProvide accurate information and solutions to customers' questions or concernsAssist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns/exchangesCollaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issuesMaintain customer records and update information in the company databaseFollow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plusProven customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong problem-solving abilities and ability to think criticallyAbility to multitask and prioritize workload effectivelyProficient in using customer service software, databases, and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to remain calm and composed in difficult or stressful situations
