Job Responsivities:
• Attends to company general inquiries, and facilitates out-patient availments through the 24/7 Hotline.
• Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharge of Healthcare Members through the 24/7 Hotline.
• Secures medical documents related to hotline transactions as deemed necessary.
• Billing and payment verification
• Cross-departmental Collaboration
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior

Qualifications:
• Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor of Science course.
• Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office)
• With HMO/Hospital/Clinic work experience is a plus.
• With good communication skills.
• Willing to work on a rotational shift.
• With Computer/Desktop equipment
• With a good internet connection
