QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any 4 YEAR Bachelor of Science course.
• Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office)
• With HMO/Hospital/Clinic work experience is a plus
• With good communication skills
• Willing to work on a rotational shift
• With Computer/Desktop equipment
• With good internet connection
• Must be Willing to work for HYBRID Set up

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
• Attends to general inquiries, facilitate out-patient availments thru the 24/7 Hotline
• Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharges of EastWest Healthcare Members thru the 24/7 Hotline
• Secures medical documents as deemed necessary related to hotline transactions
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate superior
