Healthcare Representative

A Healthcare Representative is responsible for delivering outstanding support to the clients of the biggest and most sought-after brands.

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls from customers
Sorting out customers' inquiries or requests
Ensuring that customers' requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
Maximizing different Concentrix and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner

Requirements:

We accept Candidates with at least 3 months of BPO experience for any educational attainment!
Good to excellent English communication skills
Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Computer literate
Can start asap
