Customer Service Representative (Fresh Graduate) - Local Account

Job Description:
Through the online customer service system and telephone, assist players to solve the problems they encounter on the website (including deposit and withdrawal inquiries/game result confirmation/other questions, etc.).

Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Resolving issues and basic troubleshooting technical problems
Manage customers' accounts
Provide assistance for deposits & withdrawals
Handle certain transactions
Providing proactive customer outreach

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
College level or college graduate.
Age: 21 to 30 yrs.old
Capacity to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
Ability to write and present reports.
With experience in online gaming is an advantage.
Computer literate.
