Customer Service Representative (Flight Reservation)

Provides solutions, entertains feedback and maintains rapport to customers.
**Job Qualifications**:

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Customer service account experience is an advantage.
- Must have any flight reservation/booking experience (BPO/non-BPO industries)
- Must have knowledge on GDS (certification is a plus)
- Willing to work at night or on shifting schedules

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Shift system

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

- Senior High School (preferred)
