Job Responsibilities :
Handle incoming customer service assistance telephone calls from proven customer
Cross offer value-added solutions or goods provided by the company
Provide dependable, excellent assistance to every client by generating use of all accessible software and resources
Performs customer service and account protection of each client.

Customer Service Representative
Can start ASAP
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills.
Preferred language: English.
Experience in any of these is a plus.
(Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing)
Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
