Job Description:
Puregold Price Club Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to work remotely from Davao City, Philippines. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.2. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.3. Monitor customer service metrics and performance indicators to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.4. Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.6. Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements to products and services.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.8. Communicate regularly with senior management to report on team performance and customer feedback.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.2. Proven track record of at least 7 years in customer service management.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Strong problem-solving abilities.5. Resilient and motivated personality traits.6. Emotional intelligence and project management skills.7.
