Qualifications:
• 1 yr experience in financial/healthcare/insurance accounts.
• At least 1st yr completed in college.
• willing to work FULL TIME ONSITE in Gateway, Cubao
• Proficient in MS Applications.
• Must be flexible with shifts
• Strong work ethics, integrity, and unquestionable character.
• Willing to render Overtime, work during holidays, weekends, if necessary.
• Ability to follow disciplined approach to record-keeping and creation of work and adhere to quality, productivity standards and other individual performance standards and team metrics.
• Ability to adhere to current performance tool that team uses.
• Coachable - Seeks out and accepts feedback to improve personal performance.
