Customer Relations Associate

> Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts building and maintaining strong relationship to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
> Understand the unique needs and goals of each account and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services.
> Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing and product development to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and address customer needs.
> Conduct regular account reviews and provide customers with data-driven insights and recommendation to optimize their usage of our product of services.
