Customer Care Specialist (San Juan)

The Customer Care Specialist is primarily responsible for receiving inbound calls and responding to customer's call & email inquiries, building customer's interest in the services and products offered by the company, or making outbound calls for follow-up customer support or telemarketing purposes, following a set of standards established for call management, call accuracy, call handling and data encoding accuracy. "· Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
· At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Must have excellent verbal communication skills."
