**Job Description:**

We at 1Export are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Customer Care Representative to join our team. In this part-time role, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers while fostering long-lasting relationships. As a Customer Care Representative, you play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving queries, and upholding 1Export's commitment to quality service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Respond promptly to customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, chat) while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify customer issues and provide effective solutions while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Escalate complex problems to higher management as needed.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay well-informed about our services and offerings to convey accurate information to customers and facilitate informed decisions.
- **Relationship Management:** Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and deliver personalized support and follow-ups.
- **Data Entry and Management:** Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and actions taken in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback to identify areas of improvement for products or services and collaborate with other departments as necessary.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other customer care specialists and departments to ensure customer satisfaction is prioritized.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve your skills and stay updated on product changes, policies, and customer service best practices.
- **Reporting:** Prepare and submit reports on customer interactions, trends, and service performance metrics for review by management.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in customer service or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite; ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
- **Personality Traits:**

- Driven: Motivated to meet and exceed performance goals and contribute positively to team objectives.
- **Soft Skills:**

- **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino; ability to converse clearly, confidently, and empathetically with customers.
