### Job Description:

Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Officer. In this entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support while fostering long-term relationships with our clients. #### **Key Responsibilities**:

1. **Customer Interaction**:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via multiple channels (email, chat, phone) and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order-related queries.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring resolution in a timely manner.

2. **Order Management**:
- Assist customers with their orders, including order tracking, modifications, cancellations, and returns.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams (logistics, sales, and marketing) to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.

3. **Technical Support**:
- Provide basic technical support related to the e-commerce platform, guiding customers through various functionalities and troubleshooting common issues.
- Keep abreast of product updates to provide the most current information to customers.

4. **Feedback and Reporting**:
- Gather customer feedback and insights for product improvements and service enhancement.
- Prepare and submit regular reports regarding customer interactions, trends, and suggestions for improvement.

5. **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with fellow Customer Care Officers and other departments to create cohesive strategies for improving customer satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually develop skills and enhance performance.

6. **Adherence to Policies**:
- Maintain and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations in all customer interactions.
- Cultivate a positive and respectful work environment by promoting open dialogue and transparency.

### **Requirements**:

#### **Education and Experience**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a related field.
