Your Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the Utility Campaign.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Needed Qualifications:

Must have at least one year of BPO Experience.
Six months of Sales experience.
Must be amenable to work at UP Town Center Site.
