Csr Utility Campaign (Blended) Voice/Chat Bpo Exp Is A Must

We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to join in QC. The role will focus on the Utility Campaign account.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.

Needed Qualifications
• Education: completed at least 2 years in college (no back subjects)
• Minimum 6 months of BPO/contact center experience (preferably 1 year or more solid customer service experience)
• Must be willing to work on-site
