JOB DISCRIPTION
Position : CSR/Payment
Department : Operations
Reports to : CSR Supervisor
Work Location : Biñan City, Laguna, Philippines
Employment Status : Probationary (6) months
QUALIFICATIONS/CRITERIA
• At least college level education
• Minimum of (6) months of experience in a related position
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office (Excel, Word) or Google Sheets.
• Typing Skills and Accuracy.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
• Identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
• Ensuring the accuracy of the entered data.
• Updating outdated information in systems.
• Conduct performance evaluations for CSR under the shift and provide constructive feedback.
• Creating reports or summaries based on the data entered.
• Handle escalated customer complaints or issues.
• Monitor customer interactions (e.g., calls, chats, emails) to ensure quality and adherence to protocols.
• Send reports to CSR Supervisor
• Additional task instructed by the Operations Department Heads
