Duties:
• Can do drafting and sending formal emails to customers regarding inquiries, order confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Providing excellent customer support through online communication channels.
• Collaborating with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Assisting in receiving, organizing, and storing inventory in the warehouse.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate or graduate of any college course.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move items safely.
- Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus.
