We are looking for CSR for a BPO Company in Cebu City
This role is an Onsite role that follows a Shifting Schedule
Salary pays up to 24K depending on experience and interview results
Minimum Requirement of at least 2 years of BPO experience required Requirements: HS/SHS Graduate (Old/New)ALS Passers w/ certificate2 years Vocational - Bachelor's DegreeExcellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills2 years BPO Experience6 Months Sales (accumulative)1 year Chat (accumulative)Combined Chat and Sales Experience w/ more than 1-year BPO experience can be accommodated Responsibilities: Handling inbound customer service calls;Processing inbound sales calls;Taking inbound or placing outbound collections calls;Answering technical support inquiries via incoming calls, chat or email;Demonstrating excellent customer service skills with the ability to take ownership in assisting, researching and resolving customer issues; andPerforming other duties as assigned.
