Customer Service Representative (5Hc)

Staff4Me is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our 5HC (5-Hour Call) service. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience during their interactions with us. Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding 5HC service. Provide clear and accurate information to customers about our processes and services. Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments for our services. Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and timely manner. Maintain a thorough understanding of our services and procedures. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or communications is a plus. Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a related field. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
