Responsibilities: Conduct Social (CSR) Audits or Environmental Audits to assess compliance with ethical, social, and environmental standards.Update local law profiles to ensure the company's operations comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.Key Duties: Perform detailed audits to evaluate policies, procedures, and practices related to corporate social responsibility (CSR) or environmental sustainability.Verify compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and standards pertaining to environmental impact, labor practices, human rights, and community engagement.Prepare comprehensive audit reports documenting findings, observations, and recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders, including management, employees, suppliers, and community representatives, to gather information and communicate audit results effectively.Advise on strategies and initiatives to enhance CSR performance and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.Qualifications: Certification in APSCA CSCA Auditor, HIGG FEM Verifier, or RBA Auditor schemes preferred.Strong understanding of CSR principles, environmental sustainability, and regulatory requirements.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and regulations.Effective communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and convey audit findings clearly.Join an inclusive, flexible, and diverse company where you can thrive while contributing to positively transforming the world we live in.
