Csr Agent - Weekends Off

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of BPO International Voice Account experience
- Amenable to work onsite in Pasay (near MOA)
- At least 2 years completed in College level (any course is accepted)

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Answering inbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, or insurance companies.
- Providing information on healthcare services, benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Helping customers navigate their health insurance coverage and understanding their benefits.
- Addressing questions related to medical billing, claims processing, and payment status.
