Key Responsibilities:
Source, identify, and engage with top talent in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively attract and engage top talent.
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to enhance the recruitment process.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the Web3 ecosystem.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
