**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Job Level - Senior Manager to Assistant Vice President
- Individual Contributor role
- Lead and mobilize agile activities.
- Responsible in planning/developing and executing end-to-end

CRM campaigns to increase value and revenues from

acquisitions, engagements and/or retaining users.
- Coordinates with brand, portfolio management, data analytics

and other stakeholders in analyzing customer

insights/behavior to maximize lifecycle marketing.
**JOB QUALIFICATION**
- Strong CRM Product Development/Management experience
- Banking or FinTech background is preferred.
- Articulate, excellent communication skills
- Flexible and with can-do attitude
