Qualification, Skills and Personal Attributes:
Education Requires advanced knowledge of theories and best practices within a functional area acquired from 6 - 9 years work experience.
Experience Incumbent is expected to have an experience on crew management.
Knowledge and Skills:
Incumbent must have solid background and knowledge on business/industry, with in-depth understanding of its strategies and
operations; strong leadership, management and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Position is responsible for managing client (principal & crew) relationships, as well as developing new business from existing customers, through the delivery of a positive customer experience.
Performs additional higher task as may be directed.
Performs other functions or participates in ad-hoc projects as may be assigned from time to time.
2. Main Accountabilities/Key Results Areas (5 ~ 7 major accountabilities / activities the incumbent performs that contribute to the Company's business performance, or achievement of the Section's/Department's targets/goals/objectives)
Financial
? Monitors crewing activities to ensure that section expenses are in accordance with the approved budget.
? Monitors budget for the assigned Principal to ensure that actual expenses are maintained within approved levels
Customer Focus
? Establish and maintain meaningful business relationships with both internal and external customers to facilitate effective and efficient delivery of services. Ÿ
? Prepare POEA documentation for position/vessel/principal accreditation (new/renewal/amendment); - for TNL comments
? Coordinate/Request COC (Certificate of Cover) with Principal;
? Prepare and send budget proposal for existing principal;
? Monitor Customer Satisfaction results Response to Principal concerns within 24 hours
? Disseminates relevant information regarding crewing policies and procedures to all concerned persons.
? Regularly communicate with principal for updates and concerns (if any);
? Monitor Principal SLA;
? Attend to principal, crew and allottees complaints/ concerns; (also part of the Crew retention KPI)
? Provides relevant ideas and needed support that will result in business development, revenue generation, cost-savings or customer retention.
Internal Process
? Prepare forward planning, action plans and management reports;
? Encode principal/vessel/salary details or amendment in Vinta;
? Conduct crew de-/final briefing, vessel assignment, contract details with crew
? discussion of performance assessment and ensure crew accomplishes Crew Feedback
? Approve domestic crew flights in system / WG, if applicable;
? Approve crew reimbursements, cash advances, & crew other payments, if applicable
? Approve joining & off signing flights in system;
? Perform recruitment, CFW/P&I, accounting and HR related functions:
? Coordinates with Accounting relative to the timely and accurate preparation of statements of account and processing of crew allotment and other payments (based on agreed wage and benefits)

? Regularly conducts a one-on-one dialogue or section meeting with staff to address company / department / function-related issues, concerns and expectations.
? Undertakes and monitors training, development, coaching and motivating of direct reports with the objective of developing a competent and viable team.
