Job Description Join Extendedline Credit Corporation in the dynamic world of Banking & Financial Services as a Credit and Collection Officer.Responsible for evaluating new credit requests, conducting client credit checks, and defining credit limits.Manage past due accounts, execute collections strategies, and negotiate payment plans while maintaining customer relationships.Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial legal requirements.Contribute to team efforts to achieve financial targets and mitigate credit risk. Requirements Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.Experience Level: Fresh graduates/students are welcome to apply; training will be provided.Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in credit analysis, documentation, and collecting; adept in fieldwork related to credit investigation and loan verification; skilled in driving with a valid license; ability to perform skip tracing; potential for growth into a competent credit investigator.Responsibilities and Duties: Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts; plan a course of action to recover owed money; contact debtors and implement repayment schedules and terms; ensure all customer information is correct and up-to-date.Working Conditions: Office setting with occasional fieldwork; must be willing to travel regularly to conduct credit and loan verifications.Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and analytical mindset; excellent communication and negotiation skills; high level of integrity and confidentiality; resilient in challenging situations; and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
