Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or any business-related courses.With at least six months experience in accounting or billing, or one year experience in credit and collection is an advantage.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Knowledgeable in basic accounting.Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel and MS applications.Must be amenable to field work.Tasks & Responsibilities: Responsible for achieving the branch collection efficiency rate.Monitoring the aging of dealers' transactions.Contacting dealers and reminding them of their overdue bills.Advising dealers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.Handling all cash and check payments.Preparing demand letters whenever necessary.Doing field work in collaboration with dealers.Responding to dealers' queries.Benefits: Direct hire.Competitive salary + bonuses/incentives.Free 5k worth of PC products monthly.Monthly rice allowance - upon regularization.30 days leave (15 VL, 15 SL).Life insurance.Early retirement after 5 years of service.
