• Implement effective scheduling and workflow for hybrid work models.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in a senior creative role with experience in team leadership, client relations, and financial management.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative projects that align with client goals.
• Knowledge of design principles, branding, marketing strategies, and financial management.
• Proficiency in designing software and using financial management tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
